Mathew Starr: Walther Bilde owner of the Zoom Cafe and Vespa Tours was killed by a 22 year old Vietnamese man last Saturday night at 130 am. \nWalther was driving his motorbike back home to District 2 and the car driver apparently ran a red light and hit Walther . The driverfled the scene but turned himself in to police yesterday. \nWalther was an ICON in the ex-pat community and will be missed by all.
