PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — Two men, together with a Colorado Condition College student, went missing throughout a boating trip on Tuesday, the U.S. Coast Guard stated.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office stated 15 students from CSU were around the 71-feet charter yacht within the Pass-A-Grille Funnel off Covering Key close to the Gulf.
Five from the male students went swimming as the boat was moored, however they experienced a powerful current that pulled them.
Four from the students could go swimming to the yacht, but 21-year-old Jie Lou couldn’t.

Neither was putting on a flotation device.
